Farche Solutions recently marked another company anniversary with two team meetups in the Philippines, bringing together colleagues from the Pampanga and Manila chapters.
The celebrations started in Pampanga, where members of the Pampanga chapter met on Saturday for a casual lunch and catch-up. It was an opportunity to step away from the usual workday, enjoy some good food, and spend time together in person.
For a team that works closely across different locations and remote environments, meetups like this give colleagues the chance to strengthen relationships beyond calls, messages, and emails.
The celebrations then moved to Manila, with the Manila chapter holding its meetup on 3 October.
Once again, the focus was simple: getting the team together. Colleagues had the chance to catch up, share a meal, talk about what they have been working on, and enjoy some time together outside of work.
These two gatherings also reflect how Farche Solutions continues to grow its presence and team in the Philippines. While much of the work happens remotely, having opportunities to meet face-to-face remains an important part of building stronger working relationships and maintaining a connected team.
The Pampanga and Manila meetups were a simple but meaningful way to celebrate another year for Farche Solutions and, more importantly, the people behind the company.
