HubSpot Specialist (CRM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize HubSpot CRM to support sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
  • Manage contacts, companies, deals, tickets, pipelines, custom properties, and user permissions.
  • Build and maintain workflows, automation, lead routing processes, and lifecycle stage management.
  • Create and manage email campaigns, forms, landing pages, lists, CTAs, and marketing assets.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to track pipeline performance, campaign results, and key business metrics.
  • Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and regular audits to ensure CRM data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support lead management processes, including lead capture, qualification, scoring, assignment, and nurturing activities.
  • Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and provide day-to-day support to users across the organization.
  • Train users on HubSpot functionality, best practices, and process compliance to improve adoption and efficiency.
  • Configure and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other business systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Document CRM processes, workflows, and system configurations to maintain consistency and operational standards.
  • Monitor CRM performance and recommend enhancements that improve productivity, reporting, customer engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary HubSpot subject matter expert and point of contact for CRM-related projects, requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
